In the traditional sales processes we have contact to different persons in the whole company. So we have different contact persons at the client (Buying Centre). This relationships happen on different levels and communication channels. But most of the time important information do not go through the selling team and can not be used to develop a common value proposition.
The today offered CRM software tools can cover all this items. But first every company has to be conscious of what they business processes are and have to know how the software tool can support them. So we have after many years of self experience in this area concentrated to define the processes and implement them afterwards. We especially concentrate on the CHANGE-Process.
